The CEFR Impact on English Language Educators Teaching Engineering Programmes at a Private University in Malaysia

This paper presents some preliminary findings of a multi-dimensional and interdisciplinary research. It explores the experience language educators on newly implemented policy by Ministry Education, Malaysia. The implementation Common European Framework Reference for Languages (CEFR) is that develops through whole continuum: from primary schools to universities. fills gap in terms impact studies CEFR especially engineering programmes where desired levels are higher. affects at university various domains such as required educators, teaching materials support systems. methodological framework used this study phenomenological study. aims explore educators.
